Need a job

Hi, im trying to help my bro out. He is a felon and one of his charges is drug related. He has a hs deploma only. He is a recovering addict trying to get his life on track with a son as well. No one will hire him or even give him a chance, and he is loosing hope. Does anyone know of a place in the houston texas area that will hire or train and hire people with his backround. Or a way for him to get financial aid with his backround. Your answers will be sooo helpful. Please help if you can dont want him to get to discouraged and go back to his old life.

Have him check with his local probation office for ideas. He might also check with his state's employment office for ideas.
