I think any diet will work on you, its just how you do the dieting itself...
determination and positive thinking is the key for me..but anyways, whatever it is you end up with, just embrace it, I mean do it with all you can and still enjoy life...

I am on the urge of reducing my weight. I am currently 160 pounds. I tried many methods to reduce my weight but I have failed. I need some suggetions. Please help me.
