Neck mark/bruise thing?

I have this brownish mark on my neck at the front..it's hard to explain but it looks like a bruise & it comes and goes a lot. Does anyone have any clue what it could be? It's sort of worrying me. (& no its not a 'love bite' lol.)

Do you smoke? If so, then that may be why.

This may be scarey to think about, but you might have lukiemia (not sure how to spell it) when I was in 5th grade, my friend had a bruise type thing on his arm that never went away and he ended up dying in 6th grade because he had lukiemia. I recomend you talking to your doctor immediately!
