Is there any way that your parents can read your texts with out having your phone? Or like look at the pictures you send and stuff? Please tell me

No chance, Not if they dont have the phone and that the messages you sent were sent from the phone and not a computer.

they can go to sprint.com or whatever sign in their account and they can read the msgs . but I dont believe they can see the pics . . . im not sure .

Not at all. I've seen cell spy software sell for under $20. The REALLY fancy ones designed to work with your smart phone's GPS so they can actually track your movements without you knowing, those are a more expensive, but you could certainly swing it for under $100 with a quick Google search.
