How can I thicken up and straighten my curly hair?

I want to color my dishwater curls... I'd love to go extreme - black with red and blonde "strips", not chucky, but just enough. Also I'd like a cut. I'm a bit over shoulder length now, no life, very flat curls on top, mostly all same length except bangs. Which I'm trying to grow out but won't, pluse they are thin. Can I thicken them up and get a fun cut without poofin' frizz??? I like to straighten it too... Please could use some tips or heck no don't do that??

Sure, do it. Just make sure you go to a professional. Obviously, multidemensional colored hair takes an experienced pro. It's pretty hard to help with hair advice when I can't have my hands in it.

Not sure about thickening.. I got a layered cut that made it more full.. Buy a ceramic straightener & straight balm products, go easy at first with them. I have really curly hair & it will go super straight and shiny, especially if I go in and get it done. Good luck.
