no alcohol will help, and dont eat junk. lots of fruit and sweet drinks like juice.

sugar, natural sweets eg: fruit, juices, some vege's. all help to make you taste nice and sweet

salt, junk food, added salts to food, meat, sauces will make you taste sour.

alcohol makes you taste foul. like disgusting.
