You can find another adult relative to take you there if you like. You can't really force your mom to go. She might not see this trip the way you do, so you have to try to see it the way she does.
For her, it doesn't seem like an economical trip, especially when you're just traveling all the way there for hours just to see a grave for awhile and then leave. Fuel prices are up, or getting a plane ticket and spending unnecessary money to stay overnight just to see a grave of a person she doesn't know doesn't make sense to her. She doesn't idolize this person as much as you do, and she really can't see any benefit from going.
I know she should try to realize how important this person is to you, but this trip can also wait. It'll always be there, and you can visit it as many times as you want when you are older and are able to go there by yourself with your own money.

I really want to go to Nancy's grave in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. But since I live in Ohio my mom said no. She won't drive me there because she says it takes to long to get there. She doesn't want to stay overnight cause of her work. So I told we could get up really early in the morning and go there. All we would have to do is go to her grave and leave. I thought about taking a plane but my mom said no again because then she would have to take a taxi or rent a car or something and she doesn't want to do that. I've tried just bout everything I can think of. Is there any other way to make her go???
