Name that movie, please

I once saw a movie... I dont remember much about it but I really want to know the title.
This is all I can remember:
It had to do with a person, and a dragon
The dragon was young
they tried to get it to breathe fire and it farted and set a village on...

fire
it once spit when trying to breathe ice

Could you give me some guesses so I can try to figure it out? I know its hard but please try!
