Lunapic is pretty good for creating special effects in photos, but I'm guessing it would be easier just to use photoshop, or download the free hack of photoshop called gimpshop (don't worry, it's free and legal!)

If you have oney either buy Photoshop CS3 or get GIMPshop for free same with Photofiltre only Photofiltre and GIMPshop are free,those are the 3 best photo editor programs.
