what is the name of the song where the guy talks about the way he wants a girl and he says wears a short skirt and a looong jacket and he cant sing worth crap. [but that's why I like it happy ] and he says something about how they meet when she asks him...

for a pen and all. if anyone knows what im talking about, what is the name of the song??
