how do I make my nails look prettier

You could always try to get a pedicure.
Or put on some fake fingernails, to hide them.
If not, then you could do it yourself, meaning..
*File them
*Use that one tool to push back your cuticles and make them look nice.
*Get the dirt outta them.
*Paint them.

If your a dude then you could do this stuff too {{unless your not into painting your nails and fake nails :-D but you could do the other stuff, too}}
