ello!!! uhm my nails are pretty people say lol they look like acrylics but they arent and all I do is eat a lot of protien..mainly fish..it has a lot of great anti-oxidents for your nails & hair. uhmm also there is a really good green tea growth polish that I use by "sally hanson" they have really good nail products. also remember that even tho you want your nails long after a certain point you should file them a bit to allow them to continue to grow. yep yep

so you want to know how to get beatiful long nails

anyways I just leave them to grow anmd from time to time a file them to make then smooth not sharp don't want to hurt anyone LOL

dont cut em or get fake ones

Try using a nail hardener to make your nails stronger, because they won't grow if they're really thin. If you're nail polish starts to chip off, remove it because when the nail polish starts to chip away, it can make your nails go really bad.
