What are the best nail strenghening treatments? My nails are very brittle and I was wondering which products I can use strengthen my nails.

1) Take gelatin tablets. They are in the medicinal section near the herbs and stuff. If you can't find it there, get the knox gelatin that you stir into your drink. I highly advice NOT putting that in coffee *GAG*

2) Look for nail hardening clear nail polish. I used to see "Hard as diamonds" and that worked WONDERS. If it is still out there.
