What is a way for me to stop bitting my nails

I think there is some nail polish type thing that you can paint on your nails that tastes really gross.

there is, I tried it.
and it worked really good.
you can get it at most stores,
like rite aid.

My sister said that worked really good too! Or what I used to do is get the chip-off nail polish and put it on my nails...instead I pick at that instead of biting my nails,but yea I know thats weird !

Rub fingernail polish on your nail it is the worst taste thats what I did and it works

I have been biting my nails for EVER!@ and I just stopped a month ago! and I know how you feel ! my hands are big and I know that sounds wierd but I always was uncomfortable with them but I know this is stuiped but once I ACTUALY tried growing them back I felt better about my hands! and I used EVERYTHING you can possible think of ! to stop NOTHING WORKD until I want ed to feel better about my hands !ORRR get fack nails PERFETIONALY and KEEP them on FOREVER loL!

I had fake nail for a long time
but they can get expensive
so I didn't work to well
