I heard that if you go to sleep with a heat pad or sumthing wrapped around your tummy that it'll actually start to trim you down if you keep the heat high. is this possible?

No...and it's dangerous...

They make neopreen waist reducers, where your own body produces the heat to trim the waistline...it's a temporary fix, however...all it does is pull the hydration from that place...(makes you sweat)...it's back within hours after taking it off.

yes its a myth dont try it my cousin did that she was so pissed of b/c 1 hour later after she took it off the results were gone.
