Myspace profile song help.

I want the song Seether by Veruca Salt as my profile song on MySpace
and I can't find it anywhere when I search the artist and the name of the song.

I've had this problem with many other songs.
So I have made a band profile and attempted to download music from my "My Music" document on my computer, and that doesn't work.
It says that it's not an mp3 file or an audio file or something like that.

Does anyone know how to switch it to a mp3/audio file?
Or any other way to make it work?

I'm not sure why this was put in "Love and Relationships".
It was "Computers & Technology" at first.

well. if you got the song off of itunes or rhapsody, its because those songs are locked because you paid for them and can't distribute them online.
but if you got it off of a cd, or limewire, it should work?
if you did get them off itunes, try to burn the songs to a cd and put them back on, and try again.
