I think you can only choose to hide all of your comments, then again I haven't used MySpace in a long time, so who knows.

.friendsAndComments {overflow:hidden; height:900px; width:435px;}
.friendsAndComments table {width:100%;}
adjust the height on this but this is what I use
.a {hide certain number of comments}
.friendsAndComments {overflow:hidden; height:900px; width:435px;}
.friendsAndComments table {width:100%;}
