I had this problem atmy school the way we used to get around blocked/ unallowed websites is to go on to the start bar and theres a icon that says "run" you click on that then type in "command" then a black screen shud come up and you type in "ping" and then press space and type in the website you want to be unblocked... but after a while the school caught what we were doing and took the run systerm off all the computers no myspace or msn for us now lol

umm try hidemyass.com its a proxy site which kinda makes the system think that your not actually on the site but be carefull if you get caught you can get in a lot of trouble...or at least you do at my school

hey do the thing the first person said but do it at home and right down the number it is I know it is 216.178.38.131. you just put that in the address bar and uala but it changes sometimes.
