I am 14 years old and I weigh between 110-120 punds. I feel chubby on my waste and my thighs are kinda big and my stomach is deffintly not flat. I drink pepsi, kool-aid, or milk everyday the only time I eat is dinner or sometimes when I want breakfast which I hadnt had in a while. I stopped eating until my family eats dinner cause I have to eat then. I dance to music with awesome beats as many times as I want everyday about 3-4 times the same songs over and over. I usually try to exercise in my room when I have nothing to do and I just do the same stuff over but try to go passed my limit before. I have tried bulimia but everytime I do it I dont think I should do it so I end up not doing it. So I want to know how I can lose some weight to get a flat tight stomach that I want and need in my opinion. I want to feel better about myself, feel like I can do stuff and look better. So how can I lose an amount of weight to get me my flat tight stomach I been wanting??

you wont lose weight youll actually gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat, but do something you enjoy and you wont be as dissapointed as if you just do it to lose weight, I like soccer personally. Also eat a big breakfast, and eat a small dinner and or lunch, and stop with the pop.

Hmm, well first, to be honest, some of us just have different body shapes. I was a 125 5'7 boy entering high school, and couldnt put on a pound to save my life. Was frequently embarrassed by my small size.
Actually, to prove my point, if you're 14 and barely 120 lbs...how chubby can you be? I felt scrawny at 125 as a freshman, so I wonder if there's some adolescent self-consciousness going on here. Believe me - 100% normal, but nothing to turn bulimic for. Don't eat all the McD's or drink all that Pepsi and that'll help keep you who you are, but don't let the skinny cheerleaders make you think no man wants a little meat on the woman's bones ; )

replace the coke and milk with water, but remnember, milk is good for you

I know that if you skip breakfast, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and stores fat. So definately have breakfast and make it a healthy one, have cereal not bacon for example.

I was reading this article on the most unlikely things that can make you lose weight. for example, green tea can boost your metabolism which in the long run means you lose about 60 calories by doing nothing. sounds great to me. if your a fan of comedy then that also works. just watch a comedy and the hysterical giggling will actually burn quite a few calories. hope thats been some help.

How to lose weight?

"How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Well all you have to do is eat right and excersise everyday. Cut down on the sugars and sweets and eat more fruits and veggies than you normally do. And you don't have to go outside and run 5 blocks you can just do push ups or sit ups while your watching tv or walk around the house for a few minutes. Anything that keeps you moving in any kind of way is exsecise.
