Ok well I'm on my period and my v...na is hurting so bad and so is my stomach is there anything j can eat or do to make my stomach and va..na to stop hurting???

hot water bottles help for your stomach.. and chocolate can help make you feel better ...if its really bad pain take a couple of pain killers and try to stay comfortable

I don't think there is. I take midol and stuff like that every 6-8 hours and it really helps. having it hurt is very normal.

don't try liquid ibeprfen I took 15 in the past 3 days for cramps and it didn't help but for a few hours.:[
