My twins

My twins are not talking yet. they are 2 And one of them very picky eater.

give them time. they'll pick it up soon enough. dont worry about picky eating, it'll pass.

I can only tell you what my mother told my twin and I...We didn't talk until late, because we had our own language which we used to "converse" with each other...we understood english...just didn't speak it...LOL.

its fine, communication development is always slower with twins. why? becuase they have no need to, I bet they understand each other quite well enough not to need the rest of the world lol!

bless...twins are totally different from individually born children, or children with small age gaps...I woulnd't worry too much, if they're happy and babbling to each other, then they are simply happy with communicating with just each other...for now! ;O)

check with your health visitor, they will say that its fine too, but speak to TAMBA, to get some other twin mums persepctives...

It happens a lot with twins. My cousins are twins and they didn't start talking until they were three. They are fine now and at an average speech level. My neighbor also has twins who are two and a half and one does all the talking for both of them. They'll grow out of it.

Plus albert einstien didn't talk till he was like 3, so you never know.
