My tool bar and my groups got deleted!

Hey what happened here? My groups was deleted and the funadvice toolbar(home, ask, questions, etc) become doubled and not in proper alignment..

Sorry, just a glitch with the current update it seems. The programmers are working on it. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
