It really depends on how long he's been doing it, since birth? for a couple hours? for a couple days? If it goes on for more than 24h and he can't keep anything down he needs to be seen by a doctor. If he has a fever some Tylenol or ibuprofen may help. Don't try to feed a sick child- start with liquids you can see through in small amounts, and work up slowly to plain soft foods.
Dear Beatriz,
It could be the weather, either it's too humid or he has a new tooth on the way. How old are your toddler?? If he tend to throw up everythings he ate, don't give him any food that contains dairies product or don't give him something oily or sweet. I have a toddler of my own and I've gone thru that moment. I let him drank plenty of plain water or gave him sour syrup such ribena syrup and stop giving him milk during that period. If you have a balm or an ointment at home, rub it on his chest, stomach and his back. It will relief the stomach discomfort. If you happen to have rice at home, cook him some chicken porridge and add a pinch of salt. Cook the porridge until it's become very soft. Do not put any flavour into the porridge by the way.
Just give it a try Beatrize.

Why won't my toddler eat or keep anything down?

Is there any home remedy I can do for my toddler that has diarrhea and is vomiting whatever he eats. What could this possibly be - a virus?
