Where did my myspace friends go?

Myspace oops... now I can't figure out how to...
'I deleted my friends from my profile and I've tried to recover them by putting in a top friends, but it has not worked. It asks to copy the 'View all my friends' but since this is not an option on my profile can't do that. Tried going 'Home' and copying the shortcut from there and from the 'change my top friends' doesn't work. What can I do to recover these also my friends can't leave me comments... '
