Its totally fine, my cousin is like that, premature babies usually are early in birth but later than normal babies and children in learning and speaking. There brain needs time to develop more. My cousin is 8 months and she doesnt know how to sit yet, and she was born premature, my neice on the other hand knows how to crawl and sit, and she is 7 months. So it's normal.
And if not, then you should get him checked.. maybe.;.

My son was born prematurely but now he is almost three years old, he cant talk ,except few words,he screams very loud but he can hear perfectly
