yes a virgin can use a tampon. Why wouldn't they?

very rarely is the hymen almost fully in tact that would prevent a girl from using a tampon. If tampon insertion proves difficult - first consult your mom. If it still proves difficult then consult a doctor as you may have an inperforated hymen.

you and your sister should learn more about the female anatomy.

Yes...Some might say that it pop's you're cherry...When I was a virgin I used tampons..It doesn't do any harm..It might hurt a little bit at first...Start with the smallest at first...

yes if you have a vagina you can use tampons but dont use cardbord use plastic couse cardbord hurts a lot

shure I were a tampon and im 13 a virgin and I only way 82 pounds just remind her to change it other wise she could get TSS!
