My sims3 isnt working?

it was working before but one day it just wouldnt let me on the launcher bit where you click to play it. when I click the shortcut thing it says sim3 launcher has encourtred a problem and need to close. some information and I have two buttons to click...

send error report or dont send error. I've tried unstalling and installing it again but it says the same thinga gain.

All you need to do is uninstall and reinstall its a problem I have no need to fret

maybe something with the short cut path is corruptive. try using the auto start.
