You should be around 140 lbs, if you average size, but that's not taking everything into consideration. But if you want to lose a couple of pounds, try by making small changes, like cutting out fried or fast foods, sugar, high fructose corn syrup products will add a lot of calories when used to excesss, Try using plain water, and lots of it throughout the day. Smaller portions of natural foods, fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds, lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkeybreast, fish loin type meats. This along with a regular exercise program, even if it's just walking 3-4 times a week, but you need to move the body to lose the weight.
Don't be decieved by your weight. There's a lot of factors that go into determining what your healthy weight. It's better to go about using your BMI.
According to the BMI calculator (http://www.nhlbisupp..., you're a tad bit over your ideal weight. But, considering you've had four children that's not so bad. Luckily, you're young so losing some weight won't be terribly hard if you motivate yourself enough and stick to a good healthy diet and exercise program.
Try weight lifting, since it promotes muscle gain which in turn increases your metabolism allowing you to burn more calories at a faster healthier pace.
