maybe theyve always been that way... I cant remember... but if they are buggy and not normal.. what could be wrong with him?

I dont knwoo if hes tired... he seems pretty hyper... and he has a ton of water and doesnt seem hot...

if he is hot, how can I cool him down?

With my rabbits I put water in a bottle and make sure its cold and they lay on it to cool down and they chew on it and play with it
