How did you feel about Michael Jackson's death?

I wish people would have cut him more slack in his later years.

He was truly iconic and had talent that none of us may ever see again in our lifetimes.

He’s probably moonwalking on the great stage in the sky.

michael jackson was a legend, always will be, he accomplished so much when he was alive, though he was sooo much better looking when he was black. cant beliee he actually died though hay..

I was shocked, and so was my boyfreind when we heard the news because as one fan said “ I though he was immortal and would never die “ we watched the news on it for about 4 hours and heard about them talking about his rare skin disease (that another black man also suffers from) how he didnt abuse those children how his father beat him as a kid and wouldnt let him play that he didnt have a childhood and was making up for it how he related to peter pan who was the boy who never grew up how hes face was burnt durting a pepsi commercial numerouse old interveiws with him and recordings/clips about his death, him being moved by helicpter from the hospital ect

no why michael, man its so unfair I was so angry, and confused

because like before the day he died right, I was watching Billie Jean right on mtv playlist channel 139. So I was pretty bored watching it, for the 3rd time that day, I wanted to watch other videos beside it… and I said “ok michael sheez hurry up” or something like that not rudely. And the next morning I walked back from my summer school, past the cemetery and I felt something weird. Then when I got home that day around 2: pm my mom said hurry up change the channel “Michael jackson” I was just sitting writing in my notebook, then I found out he was dead.

Now I feel so guilty, I wish I never said that (true story)

Well, as with any death, I felt bad. I felt bad for Michael for the last few years, because he was shunned in the public eye for some terrible accusations. I felt that it was very inopportune timing because he had just sold out 50 shows for a comeback tour. But then again, I’m kind of aggravated that he died on the same day as a great, inspiring actress. She had suffered from colon cancer, when he merely died due to a lethal combination of drugs. Celebrities are seeming to succumb to this fate often these days…
