How to get my puppy's death out of my mind?

my puppy just died and I cant stop thinking about it. any tips on how to get it out of my mind.

Go ahead and go through your grief. All of us get over our grief in different time frames.

Before you get another puppy what did yours die of. If it is something that other dogs can catch like Pravo, you do not want to bring another puppy into your home until you the germs are all gone? Everything must be disposed of and clean before considering a new puppy?

How did your puppy die? Maybe it would help if you told us about it? How old was your puppy?

Thats really sad. I had a little week old kitten that I was feeding by bottle that died and it was really sad. Dont try to get it out of your head straight away. Allow yourslef to grieve first and deal with it when you are ready. There is no set time to grieve for something you loved. Mel xxx

so sorry to hear...I experienced that before too.. and it's sad.. but we have to move on... get a new puppy..

it had pravo and im not sure exactly how old it was but I only had had the puppy at my home for 5 months.

I had a dog that died from parvo. Make sure you dont bring another puppy home anytime soon. Parvo can live in your house even after the puppy dies.
