The tears roll down
and hit the cold floor
I cant believe that
there couldnt be more
of our love our passion
our hands that meet
and as a I stare at us now
we sparkle with defeat

So let the cold knife
cut through the skin

that you cant begin
to understand the pain
that I've been through

Rain Rain go away
bring me some sunshine
2 brighten my day
Your winds and clouds are so very cold
I cna almost remember warmth
in his tight loving hold

In the shadows I can see
a blinking light of
what usedta be
a friendship burning with light and fire
and eyes full of hope, love
and desire

Why, o why would
a raincloud follow me?
A girl who was blind and couldnt see
That hate and lies were coming her way
to push her aside into darkness
and out of the day

All the pain he had caused me
and everything that he did that brought nightmares to me
The bruises, the cuts, the bites that bleed
are promisese for more
when he walks through the door
to blame me for his deeds
