How can I stop my motorola krzr from freezing?

okay my phone is a verizon motorola krzr. its so small, so it freezez sometimes. it usually freezes like once a week. thats not bad. but today (like an hour or two ago) it started freezing about every 60 seconds. probably more often than that. its driving me crazy. I deleted some songs and pictures to see if maybe my memory was too full. but that didnt work. so I was getting reallly frustrated so I just was like forget it..and I closed my phone and it still keeps freezing even though its closed. like when it freezes I close it and the front screen turns blue. and I can tell it keeps freezing cause the screen keeps turning blue. even though im not even using it. does anyone know whats wrong with it???

Defective - return it.

sounds like the battery might be corroding. definitely take it into the shop and have the technician look at it because it is defective. and make sure they dont try to tell you its because of sweat from your hands while using the phone and stuff like that.

you'll end up getting a new phone it sounds like.
