I think you should go to a doctor and get professional help, just talk to your girlfriend and explain to her that you are gay and have not had sex with a man and you are probably most likely gaining weight from eating too much. Take a pregnancy test to prove to her you're not pregnant if that helps with the situation with her.
Well if you cheated on her, then it is a possibility... and if you're pregnant, avoiding the doctor isnt going to help, you cannot think it away as much as you try... if you havent cheated on her, then you have nothing to worry about, and you should see a doctor...

I havent had my period in over 3 months now, there is deep pains in my lower back and stomach, I have been eating a lot to overcome the pains thinking im hungry not only that but I have been getting really bad head aches lately. I know im not pregnant...
