My period

Ok so I've had my period for three years now and I always get it for 4 days and my period now is lasting long like its been 12 days now what do I do whats wrong with me??? Help!

Go to the doctor. I had a period once that lasted 24 days. She put me on birthcontrol to regulate my periods. Now the longest they last is 3 days.

Anytime something like this is going on go to your doctor. There could be a problem.

Hormones can get irregular and your symptom is one of the most common. They gynecologist may put you on some medications much like those in a birthcontol pill, if you are not already on one. If you are taking birth control now she will probably change the dosage. Good luck and stay healthy
