How can I get my parents to stop the rules?

hey my parents wont let me hang out with my friends that much and if I go to the movies wit my frends then my 10 year old sis has to come so can you tell me what I can do to stop that and hang out with my freainds more??? thankzz

At 13 I'd say your parents are inline with their rules.

my parents cannt punish me anymore its been like that since I was like 10 b/c I just stopped listening to them I did what I wanted and when they would say that I was grounded I went out right in front of them just so they knew that they couldnt controll me
then they called the police on me but I just told them and the cop that I didnt care if I went 2 jail so they both could get over it
since that I havent been punished and my parents admit that they cannt controll me and now I can go out when ever I want and I can go to my friends houses at 2 in te morning and stuff
just dont punk out
make your friends be mean as fluck to your little sister so she dont want to chill with you nomore
