My parakeet is breaking her eggs

My parakeet had 2 eggs and she broke them. I want to know if she would lay more egg these season or if she would lay more next season? Another thing her mate got away would she lay more eggs even if the parakeet male got away?

oh she is just killing the unfirtlized eggs ether way those two egs wernt going to hatch

when she has her eggs take them out place them on a scrunched up towel make sure the eggs stay together and put a lamp over the top with say a 70 watt bulb mabey 45 if theres one like that and when the babies hatch go to a vet and ask for food so you can feed them ( ask for baby bird food )
