My own body boot camp

Im taking a week away to start my own boot camp (camp offord others lol) is this healthy to do, I want to be healthy, but push my body, how much should I eat, exersise and how much water should I drink?

Especially when you are doing something really active, you should eat a lot more than usual. People who go on long trecks often eat chocolate bars to give them energy. Bring a lot of water, if you're going for a week, take about 5 bottles for each day (estimate). Keep it healthy, but in lunch you should have a chocolate bar or something with high energy ~alix~

drink lots of water, healthy foods and lots of protein as well.
protein has a lot of energy..
so I say stick with that instead of the chocolate bar.
