What if people have found out about me and my cousin?

well to be right out with it me and my cousin are deeply in love. shes my 3rd cousin once removed and we just met in the summer. we ended up getin with eachother the night we met, and of course my friend who was with me knew about it, and I thought I could trust him after he swore apon his straightness that he wouldnt tell. we recently got into a fight and now hes blabbin about it. what am I supposed to say to those people who were told about my relationship with her. denying it wont work because of a picture of us kissing. I really dont know how I can weasle my way out of this one

I think you should try and move on even if you don't want to.
You shouldn't be ashamed of liking someone, and if you are then its not meant to be. I'm sure you can see from the point of view from others on this one. If you don't want people to know things, your best bet would be not to tell anyone no matter who it is because there is still a chance they will tell people no matter what they 'swear' on, its just not worth it.
Just tell people to enjoy their own lives and stay out of yours. Its nobody elses business what you do. But for yourself - I think you should atleast try and move on.
