My noyfriend and his pot

my boyfriend smokes pot sometimes and he says he will stop for me, if I kiss him withh anything bad happpen to me because he smokes?

Unless there is fresh smoke in his mouth then you need not worry. If you have no qualms with him drinking now and then I wouldn't push him to quit pot as long as it doesn't affect your life negatively. Just stay away from drugs yourself and listen to your own comfort levels without imposing your biases on the guy. He may say one thing now.......but..

do you really think he's going to stop smoking for a simple kiss? you need to test him if he doesnt quit this might sound harsh but dump him or he will ruin your life.

Yeah, I agree, he probably has no intention of quitting and is just saying that to get you to stay. You really need to dump him before he starts poisoning your life to. The reason he smokes is probably because he's depressed and he'll eventuallu drag you down with him. Plus, what is you guys were to eventually get married? There'd be no escaping the pot then and it would harm you not only emotionally, but physically too. You deserve so much better than that. I'm not saying he's a bad guy, he just probably has some issues and you need to put the relationship on hold until you see him making a SERIOUS effort to get help.
