My neice is wacko, how do I deal.

My neice is 21 and psychotic. At 7 or something like that she was diagnose with luekemia. She was on chemo for 2+ years. The docs say that children on chemo for a long time usually end up having personality disorders. Well that's true because she's an as*h*le, been one, since she was 9. And then naturally you have the teenage problems where everyone is against you. and now that's she 21 she does stupid stuff. She lies all the time, when bad things happen to her, she exaggerates, when good things happen to her she downs them. She's a jealous person. She's even jealous of me because how I was raised by 2 parents aged 25. When she was born her mother was 15 or 16 and single. Duh, what 15 or 16 year old know anything about raising a baby. Its not my neices fault but she b++ches and tries to make everyone else feel bad about her situation. She has no situation, she has a good life. Didn't live in the projects, got allowances, I know people who really got it bad. She makes bad decisions, you give her advice, then she cusses you out because you dont know what you're talking about. Then gets pissed because her life is hard. She hurts her family the most, she lies on her family, she steals from her family, and other than her grandma (who is mrs. dog me out and I'll still be there for you) noone likes to see her pull up in front of their house. Of course we never treat her that way. That would hurt her feelings if she knew how people really felt. She's dangerous, she'll call the cops on you in a minute for getting on her nerves and tells them anything. She threatens and if mad enough will follow through. She slices tires, she's nuts. She thinks her mother doesn't love her, when the reality is, her mother spoiled her to the point that she couldn't give anymore. She has 2 younger sisters (they're spoiled too), the youngest sister who is turning 5 has a better life (duh-her mother was 33 and married) She's very jealous of me, when MY parents do something for me (I'm sweet-God blesses me) she wants to know why they didnt do the same for her, umm because they're my parents, you have your own-we all say. And if she wasn't so evil people would do a lot for her. She misses her blessings. There's been lots of time I wanted to do something nice for her, but then she'll cuss out my mom (her grandmother) and now I dont want to anymore. She gets jealous when I buy my 1 year old toys, clothes, she gets evil and says wheres mine. My husband, child and I went on vacation, she was pissed because we didnt ask her to come along. ??????? What is wrong with this kid?????? The crazy lies she spreads about me, the lies she spreads about her grandma and grandpa who never has turned her back, the lies she says about her mom and step dad. She's very mean to the 18 y/o sister but not the 5 y/o. But when she needs something she's all cute, sweet, and nice. Aint thata B****

So, how do you deal with someone like this? I don't care if the chemo messed her up or not, she's hurting the family-and there is sooooo much I'm not saying because that would be a novel.

Psychotherapy. Time. Irresponsibility and overspoiling are difficult to cure. Try therapy or maybe some important event in her life will change her. Not much else to do, I think. Other idea: get her away from the environment, meaning home, family...Trips or group vacation (with teenagers, school colleagues or smth) away from home. Let her confront a few difficult situations BY HERSELF. Anyway, difficult.
