It has nothing to do with milk/calcium consumption.
This is the most common form of Leukonychia, small white spots on the nails. Picking and biting of the nails are a prominent cause in young children and nail biters. In most cases, when white spots appear on a single or a couple of fingers or toes, the most common cause is injury to the base (matrix) of the nail. When this is the case, white spots disappear after around eight months, which is the amount of time necessary for nails to regrow completely.
White spots showing up on all or nearly all nails for longer periods of time (months and years) can be due to one of several reasons. One common explanation is zinc deficiency.
Diagnosis and treatment:
A doctor will take a thorough medical history, and may test liver and kidney function. If a zinc deficiency is identified, a diet rich in zinc or zinc supplements may be administered.

I know that some of the white spots on your nails could be a lack of calcium. As far as your tiredness goes:
You could be anemic. Do your arms ache when you hold them up to do your hair or whatever? Do your legs ache after going up stairs? Another sign is if you get out of breath easier than usual.
Another reason could be from lack of exercise. Its hard to do as much when its cold outside and not being as active can make you feel really tired.

My nails get white spots on them and i'm always tired help me
Okay so I thought I had bruised my nails because at least 3 fingers on each hand always have a white spot but now I've realized its not bruising I read it could be a low zinc level but I also read many many other things this could be.
For a while now...
I've felt like I have a lack of energy every once in a while I'll get an energy boost but for the most part I really feel like something is wrong with me I just feel down and tired. Also under my eyes get really dark sometimes like I lack sleep even though I get just as much as most people at school I'm sure and their eyes don't look like mine.
Anyone think they might have an idea in what direction of health I should be thinking about?
