My mouse pointer

Thanks for your answer, but it idoesn't contain any ball, it is a wireless.

Try restarting the computer, clean the bottom of the mouse, and also check the cable to be sure it's plugged in properly...let us know if that helps.

Try going to the Control Panel, Mouse, click on the picture of the mouse, it will come up with Mouse Properties, click on Pointer Options.
See if the Snap To is checked if it is uncheck it.
If that doesn't work try uninstalling the mouse. Then shut your computer off and let Windows reinstall it when you turn your computer back on.
