I can not control my wireless mouse pointer, it is moving by itself alone from place to other. Why? Is there any solution please?
Thank you!

That happens to me when the mouse gets dirty. Try removing the plastic ball cleaning inside the area where it gets removed then see if it gets better.

If this is an intermittent problem, it may be that the emitting light is following a 'line' design on the mousepad or picking up the edge of the pad and following it....the reflection from either may be the cause, not sure, just tryin' to help......Good Luck !!

Your computer has help for people who's hands shake so the setting causes your mouse pointer to jump to where it thinks you will want to click. Like an OK button for instance. To turn that off goto startprogramsaccessoriesaccessability and go through the wizard. You also might be lifting your mouse slightly when you are moving it around. Doing that will make the ball drop or the red light beam off in weird directions.
