How can I know for sure that he likes me?

He seems obsessed with me physically he talks about it constantly refers to it in texts and can't keep his hands off me I'm concerned if he just using me he says not that I'm being paranoid. He has feelings for me. How can I really know?

Thats not love.....thats LUST!
