How can I get over this breakup?

OK HE SAID HE LOVED ME WE WENT OUT FOR A YEAR AND IT WAS OFF AND ON. HE BROKE UP W/ME LAST WEEK AND I HAVEN'T STOPPED CRYING SINCE AND I WISH I COULD GET OVER HIM LIKE HE DID ME.....I WANT TO PULL THE HAIR OUT OF HIS LITTLE BARBIE DALL FAKE NEW girlfriend....WHAT SHOULD I DO

all I have to say about that one is I hope he goes through hell with his new girl, karmas a b*tch:D
he has it comin. p*ss him off by getting close with one of his friends, very very childish but I used to do it, it pissed the guy off and it made me feel 10 times better and helped me get over him. in the end he wanted back with me, but there was something about knowing he wanted me made him a lot less desirable, I later realized it was just the challenge I liked. when I thought I was going nowhere was when I got depressed, what I thought was a heartbreak turned out to be resentment and jealousy, others could have what I couldnt.
