My legs are an embarrassment

I'm fourteen and I can't shave my legs, my dad wont let me and it makes me so mad. It embarrasses me so much that even if it is 100 degrees outside I'll wear jeans. My mom would let me but when she tells me dad he says no! What do I do???

just try to convince him and tell him how self conscience you are about it.
tell him how much it bothers you.
