well you gotta start stretching them out more and they probably hurt because you havnt used those muscles much. Something you can do is work those muscles out more so theyll be use to it.

Epsom salt bath...

Stretch before and after practice...

Stretch when you're sore...

Advisor-small

Drink some magnesium (get a supplement from your pharmacy) and rest.
Stretching after exercise also helps.
