just ride a bike it tones the muscles in your legs and gets rid of excess fat
I'm sure you've heard of pilates...try giving that out for a spin...a lot of other exercise regimines based on lower body build muscle (which in turn make your thighs bigger). Pilates builds lean muscle (sculpting), so it won't put on the extra buldge. Plus pilates is a great way to strengthen your core (chest/stomache/waist) and help with flexibility (which is a great thing to have if you're a cheerleader).

My jeans don´t fit like before
I bought these pair of jeans a year ago, that I LOVE. But then I got a bit bigger thighs, and know I can´t get them on anymore. They were loose jeans, not tight - fitting but not baggy either. I only gained wight in my thighs.
So how can I make them fit...
again? Like what sort of simple exercises would help and are the any foods that can help?
It´s kind of a stupid question, but this is a website for advice
And if it helps: I´m 14, 54 kg, 163 cm (ca. 120 ibs., 5´3)
