just let it run out of juice and recharge it. this often happens from having it on in an airplane FYI. I know that from experience.

I have a video, and to reset it, I have to move the hold button back and forth, then hold all the buttons down at the same time and wait for the apple to come up. or just let it die. lol hope this helped!

You don't have to hold all the buttons- to manually reset an iPod all you have to do is hold the center button and menu button at the same time.

to reboot it you have to hold down the center and top menu buttons until the apple sign comes on the screen.
